It is very spacious and comfortably furnished throughout with double bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds. The downstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms with shower, basin and W.C. and a bathroom with bath, basin and W.C. is shared by the upstairs bedrooms.

The Sitting room and adjoining kitchen are both large and spacious with french windows leading out onto the garden , where there is a shaded arbour with barbecue, table and chairs for eating outside.

The well equipped Kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. A cloakroom and small ironing room adjoin the sitting room.

The swimming pool and lawns are maintained by a gardener twice a week. The heated pool is situated a few steps down from the house and lies in the full sun, measuring 10m x 5m with a shallow end of 1m. Garden furniture is provided together with sun beds for around the pool.

Satellite TV is available, and there is a telephone in the house which accepts all incoming calls and allows local outgoing calls.
