| 1. |
The villa sleeps 8 persons. No additional occupants
will be permitted unless by prior arrangement with the owner. Should
its number be exceeded the owner reserves the right to terminate the
rental immediately. |

| 2. |
Tenants are asked to arrive after 16.00 hrs on the day
of arrival in question and leave no later than 10.00 hrs on day of
departure. |

| 3. |
In the event of cancellation between 4 and 6 weeks prior
to the booked dates, 75% of the final payment is due. If cancelled
within 4 weeks full payment is due. |

| 4. |
The incoming tenants are requested to check the inventory
and general state of the furniture and fittings and notify any shortfall
to the caretaker within two days of arrival. Otherwise all shall be
assumed to be complete and in perfect order. |

| 5. |
Tenants are asked to treat the villa and its contents
with respect and to leave it as they would expect to find it, in a
clean and orderly state. If it is not left in a satisfactory condition
for the next occupants, additional cleaning charges will be deducted
from the security deposit unless prior arrangement has been made with
the owner to organise a cleaner on the day of departure. |

| 6. |
The security deposit should be sent as a seperate cheque
with final amount, to be held in case of damages incurred to contents
of the villa, garden, swimming pool or elsewhere on the property.
This cheque will be returned to the tenant shortly after his departure,
subject to there being no claim made or extra charges due. |

| 7. |
The owner shall not be liable for any defect or stoppage
in the supply of public services to the villa, nor in respect of any
equipment, machinery or appliance on the property. The tenant should
report any breakage, defect or breakdown immediately to the caretaker
who will arrange for the repair or replacement as quickly as possible. |

| 8. |
Any breach of these conditions shall involve automatic termination
of tenancy, rendering the tenants responsible for the rental due
and for any damages incurred.
